Returns for Damage or Defect
We make every effort to secure all packages, but sometimes merchandise can be damaged during shipping. Merchandise damaged during shipping or found to be defective upon delivery should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Contact us during normal business hours; we will arrange pickup, return and replacement. Not satisfied Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for an item of equal or greater value. If your item was lost or damaged during shipping; please contact us at email@example.com regarding your order and we will do what is necessary to arrange for an exchange of your purchased product.
There is a 25% restocking fee on return items and you are responsible for paying shipping costs of the return. Unopened items can be exchanged for equal value product. Damaged goods exchanged for same product. All items must be returned within 5 days of purchase date. Shipping fees of the original purchase and of the return are not refundable. We recommend shipping your return via a traceable courier such as UPS or FedEx as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while in transit back to us. No refund will be issued until all merchandise is checked back into our system and deemed undamaged and marketable. No returns accepted on Michael Godard products, opened CD's, DVD's or other items as noted in their product description.
