Ordering and Shipping Info.

We accept payments via Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard).

You may also pay by conventional check or money order. All checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank account and orders will not ship until the check or money order has been cleared by our bank. Checks must be received within 7 days of order placement or the order will be canceled. Not responsible for orders that go out of stock while awaiting check arrival or clearance. Check would then be returned. Please include a copy of your order confirmation notice or order number on the check.

Most of our orders usually take about 48 hours to ship after it has been placed. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays. In other words, orders placed Friday night or on a Saturday probably will not ship until Tuesday. Some items such as "labeled chips" (military logos), stained glass game room lamps, bar stools etc. may take longer.

The majority of our items ship via UPS although smaller purchases (under 1 pound) may ship by means of USPS Flat Rate.

VERY IMPORTANT! Please read the freight shipping policy below. It contains pertinent information in which there are NO exceptions. When providing your shipping address, keep in mind that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Estimated UPS Ground Delivery Times

Most of our items (but not all) are shipped from our Ohio based distribution center. You can use this map to estimate when your package will arrive. Remember, processing can take up to 48 hours OR LONGER depending on the order. We DO NOT process orders on weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for any shipping delays. This map is provided by UPS and is only to be used as a guide. Delivery times are NOT guaranteed.

International Orders (Deliveries Outside the United States)

YES, we do take international orders. Due to size and weight restrictions, we are limited in what we can send overseas. International customers are welcome to purchase loose poker chips. (no chip case)

These orders will ship via USPS International Flat Rate Priority Mail for a shipping fee of $65.00 per box. We can fit the following number of chips per box. (Canadian orders may be cheaper, please contact us for prices.)

Paulson Chips -750 chips per box.

11.5g Chips - 700 chips per box.

12g Chips - 675 chips per box.

13g Chips - 625 chips per box.

14g Chips - 600 chips per box.

As stated above, these orders will ship via USPS International Flat Rate Priority Mail for a shipping fee of $65.00 per box.

Smaller items such as dealer buttons, spinners or a few decks of cards can also be shipped overseas via a USPS International Flat Rate Envelope for $19.95.

To place an international order, contact us at: International Sales. ( Tell us your order and provide us your complete shipping address and phone number. (Include your county code if possible.) We will send the bill via PayPal. You can pay using a credit card or a PayPal account. According to the U.S. post office, our international orders will usually take between 6 and 10 business days to reach their final international shipping destination once they ship (International orders take 48 - 72 hours to process before shipping.) We are not responsible for items that take longer to arrive. Shipping charges do not include any duties, customs fees or tariffs associated with international purchases and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We will not write the packing slip or shipping form for a lesser value or mark packages as "Gifts."

APO's & FPO's

To our friends and their families serving in the armed forces overseas: You too should be able to enjoy our products without being "penalized" for being so far from home. We will gladly ship to APO's and FPO's but as like other U.S. Post Office deliveries, these shipments do not carry insurance. When selecting this option you are unfortunately waiving your right to claims in which the package does not arrive, or the package arrives damage. Please contact us with the APO/FPO shipping address and what you wish to order so we can provide you with the shipping fees.

Freight Shipped Orders

All Freight orders must be inspected BEFORE accepting the shipment. If you sign for a shipment without inspecting it thoroughly and it is damaged, Flipping Hippies, LLC, and its affiliates are not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.

The freight shipping service is just that, shipping only. It is NOT "white glove service." They will drive the product to the specified delivery address and that is it. It will be your responsibility to unload the truck and move the packages to where you want them. It is advised to have a friend or two available to help you on the day of delivery as the boxes will be quite heavy.

Freight companies charge late fees and storage fees for deliveries that are not completed by their scheduled time because you weren't home or because you didn't have the required assistance to help unload the truck. You are fully responsible to pay all additional fees accrued.

In the rare event that the wrong product is shipped, this will need to be sent back to us. If this is to occur, must be notified immediately. The customer will need to pay for the return ground shipping but will be reimbursed up to the amount originally paid once the product has been received. We recommend returning the product with a carrier that offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive to our warehouse. They will only be reimbursed if they are exchanging it for another product. If there is no exchange, then there will be no refund of return shipping. Freight shipped orders may take an additional day or two to process.

Free Shipping offers free shipping on some of our larger items. Please note that the free shipping offers apply only to physical addresses within the 48 CONTIGUOUS U.S. STATES unless specifically stated otherwise. (No P.O. Boxes, APO's, FPO's etc.) If you live outside the continental US, please contact us for shipping costs. If you make a purchase and are not eligible for free shipping, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs. The invoice must be paid before your order will begin to be processed.

Slot Machine Purchases

Laws in some states regulate or prohibit the purchase and/or ownership of slot machines. (Even for home use.) By purchasing a slot machine from us, you are implying that you have checked all state and local laws in your region and assume all responsibilities in regard to purchase and/or ownership. and Flipping Hippies, LLC make no claims regarding the legality of ownership.

Sorry, we can not ship ANY slot machine to Louisiana, Colorado or Washington State. Don't like it? Write your congressman; we don't like it either. All our machines have been modified to either accept TOKENS ONLY or are "PUSH 'N' PLAY" models. Neither model can be easily modified back to accept real currency.

Returns for damage or defect

We make every effort to secure all packages, but sometimes merchandise can be damaged during shipping. Merchandise damaged during shipping or found to be defective upon delivery should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Contact us during normal business hours; we will arrange pickup, return and replacement. Not satisfied Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for an item of equal or greater value. If your item was lost or damaged during shipping; please contact us at regarding your order and we will do what is necessary to arrange for an exchange of your purchased product.

Return Policy

There is a 25% restocking fee on return items and you are responsible for paying shipping costs of the return. Unopened items can be exchanged for equal value product. Damaged goods exchanged for same product. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping fees of the original purchase and of the return are not refundable. We recommend shipping your return via a traceable courier such as UPS or FedEx as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while in transit back to us. No refund will be issued until all merchandise is checked back into our system and deemed undamaged and marketable. No returns accepted on opened CD's, DVD's or other items as noted in their product description.

Please remember to call us for return authorization before returning any merchandise AND your return MUST include the original packing slip. If you have any questions about our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
